Our Story

Founded in Manchester in 2009, snow-grouse emerged from a shared vision among broadcast industry veterans who believed television production could be both technically excellent and genuinely creative.

What started as a small post-production facility has grown into a comprehensive production house serving major broadcasters across the United Kingdom. Our journey reflects the evolving landscape of television itself—from traditional broadcast to streaming platforms, from standard definition to 4K and beyond.

Today, our team of 28 professionals brings together expertise in every aspect of television production. We remain committed to the founding principle that great television happens when technical excellence meets creative ambition.

Our Facilities

Based in Salford Quays at the heart of Manchester's media district, our facilities include two fully equipped studios, dedicated editing suites, and comprehensive equipment stores.

Studio A offers 2,400 square feet of production space with full lighting grid and acoustic treatment. Studio B provides an intimate 800 square foot environment ideal for interviews, podcasts, and smaller productions.

Our post-production suite features industry-standard editing systems, colour grading capabilities, and professional audio mixing facilities.
